Menard's new office gave IRYS DS the chance to think differently about workplace
design. Located in a distinctive square building next to Vancouver's Airport, the Menard Team wanted an office that looked more like a home than a typical workplace fit out.
The proportions of the reception area immerse you in the entry's contemplative space, from grey entrance flooring to the hexagons 3 tones carpet adding the contrast to the rest of the space. Surfaces are a sophisticated mix of textured materials adorned with a relaxing colour palette, accented with red tone.
All desks are set off the perimeter and positioned next to the windows, enabling better circulation and democratic access to views.
The office is equipped with a common social area to unwind & build connections while providing a myriad of spaces for work.
The office space is accented with the plants and the wood elements to create an environment that feels more natural.
