PARIS MODERN HOUSE
Chic And Sophisticated
Modern Marvel
When it came time to build the dream home, the customer envisioned a striking modern masterpiece that would clearly distinguish itself from the neighbors. Our discussions centered around creating a futuristic, sleek, and pristine design that exuded confidence. The design theme, both inside and out, revolved around simple geometry, featuring expansive windows that showcased a breathtaking view of the cozy garden and its river, flooding the space natural light. Upon encountering a location with a stunning view, I immediately focused on ways to amplify its beauty without overshadowing it.
Modern WorkPlace
Menard's new office has inspired IRYS DS to rethink workplace design. Situated in a unique square building adjacent to Vancouver's Airport, the Menard Team desired an office that resembled a home rather than a conventional workspace. The reception invites contemplation, featuring grey entrance flooring and a three-toned hexagon carpet that contrasts with the surroundings. A refined blend of materials and a soothing color palette, highlighted by accents of red, enhance the space. Desks are strategically placed away from the perimeter and adjacent to windows, promoting better circulation and equitable access to views. The office includes a communal social area for relaxation and connection, alongside various spaces designed for productivity. Natural elements, including plants and wooden features, enrich the environment, creating a more organic feel.
